As a student in our Addiction Rehabilitation Certificate program you may do your highly-supervised, outside-the-classroom internship in residential facilities, co-curring faculties, corrections, schools, hospitals and more.

Our Addiction Rehabilitation Certificate curriculum provides you with a full continuum of treatment, emphasizing the strengths of the individual within their environment while promoting and improving the client’s quality of life. Here, you will focus on issues surrounding the individual and family, within the context of one’s community.

Not a Major, Not a Minor

The 22-credit Addiction Rehabilitation Certificate is open to UMF students in ANY major but it coordinates especially well for UMF students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services, Community Health Education and Psychology.
